These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the DryStrong website at drystrong.com and the DryStrong telephone connection service (together, the "Service").

The Service is operated by Consumer Connections, LLC, doing business as DryStrong. By using the website or calling the number published on it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

DryStrong is a free referral and connection service owned and operated by Consumer Connections, LLC. Its purpose is to help property owners reach independent local service providers who may be able to discuss water removal, drying, cleanup, and related property-damage needs. "Local" describes the provider serving your location; DryStrong itself has no local office, employees, crews, vehicles, or equipment in any market.

The Service consists of taking your call, checking whether a participating independent provider may be available for the location and type of request, and — where one may be available — connecting the call or referring the inquiry.

DryStrong is not a restoration contractor. DryStrong does not perform water extraction, structural drying, cleanup, material removal, mold remediation, plumbing, roofing, electrical work, reconstruction, insurance adjusting, or claims services.

DryStrong does not employ restoration technicians or crews, does not dispatch vehicles, does not own restoration equipment, and does not hold contractor licenses or restoration certifications.

DryStrong does not inspect your property, diagnose the cause of a loss, or determine the scope of work required.

Providers reached through DryStrong are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of DryStrong or Consumer Connections, LLC, and DryStrong does not supervise or control their work.

Any agreement for services, and any payment for services, is between you and the provider you select. DryStrong is not a party to that agreement.

DryStrong does not guarantee that a provider will be available for any location, time, or type of request. DryStrong does not guarantee an arrival time, response time, or availability outside of a provider’s own operating hours.

DryStrong does not set, negotiate, or guarantee provider pricing, and does not guarantee any provider’s licensing, insurance, certifications, qualifications, equipment, scope of service, workmanship, warranties, or results.

Provider coverage, operating hours, response times, qualifications, and service scope vary by location and by provider, and may change without notice.

You decide whether to hire a provider. Before work begins, you are responsible for evaluating the provider and for verifying that it holds any licensing, insurance, permits, bonding, or qualifications required for the work in your jurisdiction.

DryStrong does not represent that it has verified any provider’s answers to those questions on your behalf.

Calls placed through DryStrong may be recorded or monitored for quality, training, and compliance purposes. Your caller ID may be passed to partners in our network.

Information you provide — including the property location, a description of what happened, the areas affected, and your contact details — may be shared with one or more participating providers so they can respond to your request.

By using the Service you agree to receive communications relating to your inquiry, which may include telephone calls, email, and text messages. Message and data rates may apply. How this information is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

You are not charged by DryStrong for using the referral and connection service. Any charges for property services are determined by, and paid directly to, the independent provider you select.

Consumer Connections, LLC may receive compensation from a participating provider when a qualified call, lead, or referral is connected. That compensation does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between DryStrong and the provider, and it does not make DryStrong responsible for the provider’s work.

Persons depicted in photographs, videos, or other imagery on DryStrong are illustrative and are not contractors or service providers participating in the DryStrong network unless expressly identified otherwise.

Imagery is used to illustrate the subject matter of the website. It is not a representation that a depicted person is available in your area, holds any licence or certification, or will perform work at your property.

Insurance coverage depends on your policy, the cause of loss, applicable exclusions, and reporting requirements. Insurance coverage and claim decisions are determined solely by the applicable insurer.

Neither DryStrong nor a participating provider can guarantee that a loss will be covered or that a claim will be paid. DryStrong does not adjust claims, negotiate with insurers, or act on your behalf with an insurer.

Safety information on the website is general in nature and is not a substitute for emergency services or professional guidance. Do not enter or touch an area that appears unsafe.

We do not represent or warrant that the website will be error-free, free from viruses or other harmful components, or that we will correct any errors. We do not represent or warrant that information available on or through the website will be correct, accurate, timely, or otherwise reliable.
